At Usui Shoten, we enjoyed tasting many brands while listening to the master brewer's detailed explanations, and then had dinner with the president.
At Ichinoya, we marveled at the traditional architecture and enjoyed some newly released varieties.

Matsuzaki Washi
I think it's a unique experience to be able to make your own washi paper while being carefully taught the process and work content by the craftsman. I thought it was important not to forget that this moment was a special one. I was very impressed by the passion the craftsman had for washi paper.
