About

Take the "Wakashio" express train from Tokyo Station for about 80 minutes.

As you get off at Onjuku Station, the smell of the sea tickles your nose, and looking up at the swaying palm trees, you'll feel like you're in a tropical paradise.

With its warm climate, beautiful scenery celebrating the sea, and super fresh seafood, Onjuku Town has attracted many tourists.

Yukari offers a trip where you can fully enjoy the food grown in the sea of Onjuku, centered around Iwase Sake Brewery, which brews "Iwanoi" using some of the hardest water in Japan.

(Example itinerary)

After arriving at Onjuku Station, we head for the monument built as a symbol of friendship between Japan, Mexico, and Spain.

This monument was built in honor of the people of Onjuku who rescued the crew of the Spanish ship San Francisco, which sank off the coast of Onjuku during a port call in Mexico. From the hill on which the monument stands, you can get a panoramic view of the town of Onjuku and the beautiful coastline.

After enjoying the spectacular views, enjoy nature to your heart's content with activities unique to Onjuku, such as swimming in the sea, fishing, and snorkeling.

In the afternoon, you will be immersed in the world of sake brewing.

Iwase Sake Brewery, which is said to have been founded in 1723, uses mineral-rich groundwater, and the sake brewed with this water has long been highly acclaimed both at home and abroad.

The brewery has also been producing aged sake for about 60 years, and in recent years has collaborated with the Chiba Lotte Marines and Touken Ranbu, making it a brewery that is always at the forefront of the times.

On the tour, you will learn more about sake brewing through a tour of the brewery and a sake brewing experience, and have a passionate discussion with the brewers about the future of sake.
